Fusion Dating operates as a service for adults only. To participate in a Fusion Dating event, you must be at least 18 years old. Please do not attempt to register if you are under 18 years old.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Under no circumstances will Fusion Dating be liable to you for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising out of the Fusion Dating service. In addition, Fusion Dating disclaims all liability, regardless of the form of action, for the acts or omissions of other members or users
Tables will be filled and seats allocated on a "first in, best dressed" system. If a table or event requested for a certain night is oversubscribed,an alternate evening will be arranged and you will be notified by email of the new date.
Fusion Dating makes no guarantees or promises in regard to the quantity or quality of people you may meet through one of our events. Reservations may be cancelled by giving at least 7 days notice before an event. Cancellations must be received in writing via email to Fusion Dating. An admin fee of $10 will be retained from cancelled bookings. No refunds for cancellations less than 7 days prior to an event. No refunds for no shows. No refunds for being dissatisfied with the quality or calibre of fellow participants at the event.
You take part in a Fusion Dating event with a clear understanding that you may, or may not meet someone.....that's the whole mystery.. and fun! At the conclusion of the event, Fusion Dating will collate all comment cards and pass on phone numbers for only those couples who have both expressed an interest in meeting each other. All other informationwill remain private and confidential. Fusion Dating takes no responsibility for false information supplied by members.

Fusion Dating reserves the right to use any photos or video footage taken at one of our events for ongoing advertising and promotional purposes. Every attempt will be made to co-ordinate events which bring together people of similar age groups, however, Fusion Dating may, at its discretion and without notice, combine or change table configurations in order to facilitate an event.
By consenting to these terms you agree to receiving emails or sms messages
from Fusion Dating pty ltd, and that in fact you wish to receive such
emails. Each such communication will contain an option for you to remove
yourself from the mailing list of Fusion Dating. By consenting to these
terms, you agree that the provisions of the Spam Act 2003 have been complied
with with respect to all communication forwarded to you by Fusion Dating P/L.
